Stylite Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and PlusTherm can be used between studs of timber or metal frame walls to provide the necessary thermal performance. Sheets are supplied in 2400 x 1200mm but can be cut easily with a hand saw to the exact width required between each stud. For extra thermal performance full sheets can be used as an overlay prior to OSB being installed.
